A staff equipped with wireless email, pagers and cell phones means it's easy for you to find a project manager when you need him. We understand that your facilities' needs don't just end when the work day does. That is why we also offer a dedicated toll-free customer support line where our customers can reach us 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. By keeping communication open and carefully tracking any issues we can implement corrective measures immediately, and permanently.

Frequent inspections and detailed recordkeeping are critical to our success and when it comes to quality, we believe that transparency is the best approach. Our process is built around open communication with our customers and frequent facility inspections along with detailed recordkeeping that is both accurate and accessible to our customers.

 

Quality Assurance and Inspection Process

Our first level of inspection occurs at the store level where staff members inspect the facility daily and serve as a first line of defense in quickly identifying any potential issues. Night management teams also regularly visit all service locations to provide training, direction and ensure service standards are being consistently met.

The next step in the process comes through weekly on-site inspections performed by our area managers. These inspections can be conducted a variety of ways to best suit our customers' needs. Inspections can be performed and stored in our Cleantelligent Quality Reporting system or through a clients own in-house inspection program or via more traditional paper inspections. For those clients using our web-based mobile inspection and quality reporting system, they are able to benefit from a system that allows for maximum visibility and instant access to inspections, reporting functions, work orders and more. Our managers are able to wirelessly conduct inspections for immediate upload to a web-based system that can be accessed by our management teams and our customer instantly. Custom reporting is available by location, by region and by account so our customers have access to the most up to date information on their facilities' performance.

Regional management teams provide the next level of support for Paramount's quality and inspection program. By closely monitoring and tracking inspection results and performing frequent store visits they are able to ensure the accuracy of our data and get a first hand assessment on performance.

Customer feedback and performance ratings are also solicited, ensuring that we have a thorough 360 degree picture of our performance. While some customers have inspection material and processes developed in-house, we are also able to host electronic customer inspections through the CleanTelligent system.

You can view inspection information, initiate work orders and export detailed reports any time needed.
