Paramount Training Program

Our Paramount Training Program is an ongoing process and multi-phase training tool used to educate, train and promote all employees. This program is designed to be flexible and expandable, allowing us to easily incorporate client-specific needs and processes into the program. Current training methods include video and on-the-job training along with Supervisor and Project Lead training through classroom and simulated work conditions.

The training process for general cleaners includes four steps:

Phase 1 Employee Orientation, timekeeping and company policies, basic chemicals training, basic equipment training, and basic safety and security procedures training.

Phase 2 On-site training including job scope and customer specific expectations as well as site specific security issues and procedures.

Phase 3 Our training program continues to expand upon the basic scope of work requirements to focus on unique areas and detail cleaning. Based on the location and client needs this phase would include such areas as restrooms, break rooms and offices, dining areas, entrances and fitting rooms etc.

Phase 4 The final steps in our training process focus on floor care. This includes hard surface cleaning to include floor scrubbing, stripping and waxing, as well carpet care, spot cleaning and extraction processes.
